Bola: My name is Omobolanle Awosika.a Lagosian by birth but, a native of ondo state.
LE CHICS: What is the business of Laviva?
Bola: Laviva is divided into two. We have Laviva general business which is into interior decorations, events managements etc and Laviva hair extensions and Laviva lace hair.

LE CHICS: Who are your targets?
Bola: My targets are corporate organizations and individuals who are discerning and want good ,efficient and quality results.
LE CHICS: How did you get involved in your trade?

Bola:
Have always loved to be self sufficient and independent so, I watch the market and find which way I could make or improve on humanity and make it better.

LE CHICS: What is your background? Did you get any formal education or training in hair dressing /styling?
Bola: Am an industrial chemist by profession read industrial chemical in the University of Lagos and I have been into hair since my university days.

LE CHICS: What is the most challenging? Bola: Other people in the hair business passing low quality or even synthetic as real human hair! And clients using price to judge quality.

LE CHICS: How have you been able to overcome them?
Bola: By educating people, granting interviews, holding hair exhibitions, write ups on face book and one on one consultation.

Bola: To set up my own hair factory in Nigeria
