These are some simple stretching exercises before Jogging, Stationary Cycling, Treadmill, Elliptical…etc

Most men I know have a burning sensation for cars. Some will even go to the extent of describing their cars as muscle bound ….supped up engine, with 28 inch spinners, side skirting's, dropped suspension and smoked out windows. In other words, you could call it a “Pimp Mobile” OR “Babe Magnet”!

In my humble opinion, if we were to take half the time and money we spend on cars, and devote it to our health; we would prolong our lives and be in better shape physically and mentally. The same way we religiously have annual tune-ups and services to our cars; we should adopt the same principles to our health. (Most ladies I know make it their duty to visit a gynecologist, at least once a year to get their goodies checked out), so we men should take care of our bodies as well.

Before you embark upon any form of exercise, it is imperative to have a medical check- up for safety reasons. I suggest having your blood pressure, cholesterol and vital organs tested. Once you are given the ok from your physician and the coasts is clear, you should begin with some sort of cardiovascular workout. Cardiovascular exercise helps you lose weight, stimulate blood flow, relieve stress, decrease the risk of heart disease and give you that “feel good factor”! If a fitness studio or gym are neither affordable nor accessible , you can still engage in other physical activities like jogging, cycling, jumping rope, boot camp and swimming, just to name a few, and still obtain the same results. Any of these cardio exercises will get your heart rate up enough to burn some excess calories, and decrease blood pressure.

The heart is the engine of the body. You will be amazed by the overall effects of a good conditioned heart; trust me you will not need Viagra, Magani Burantashi, Paraga any time soon………………. Ain’t nothing wrong with a rev-ed up libido neither. Lack of fluent blood flow can also lead to ED (Erectile Dysfunction) now,18 million men in the U.S alone are walking around with malfunctioning instruments ‘cause of poor blood flow’………….. “ and you wonder why your son or daughter bears a striking resemblance to the DHL guy, mai guardi or the milk man.
