LE CHICS: Welcome to LE CHICS FASHION & LIFESTYLE MAGAZINE.... What is your name?
Lola: Thank you for having me. My name is Lola Akinuli.

LE CHICS: How old are you?
Lola: 22 years old.

LE CHICS: What are you doing at the moment?
Lola: I am currently in my final year studying Business Studies at the University of Hertfordshire and modelling part-time as well.

LE CHICS: How long have you been modeling?
Lola: I lave been modelling for 2 years

LE CHICS: What kind of advise would you give to those who want to model?
Lola: One advise i can give is to specify what type of modelling you want to get into, as there are various types:

# photographic, advertising and TV commercials
# fashion and catwalk
# in-house live modelling for designers and clothing wholesalers
promotional modelling (demonstrating non-fashion items at product launches and trade fairs).
To work as a model you need to have a good appearance and the right 'look'. I would say you need to be at a reasonable height (5'8-1.72m) with even features and healthy skin, teeth and hair.

LE CHICS: I read that you are now in the final MISS BLACK BRITAIN, how true is that?
Lola: Yesssss, I am so excited to have come this far as a finalist for MISS BKACK BRITIAN 2009.

LE CHICS: What would you do different, if and when you become MISS BLACK BRITAIN 2009?
Lola: I will go out there and be the best possible role model and inspiring person Ii can be. I am also looking forward to representing and supporting MISS Black Britain charity 'Because I am a Girl'. This charity helps to make a difference to the lives of millions of girls around the world who are condemned to inequality and poverty.
